For reference, my YorkiePoo (Bella) is 10-12 lbs and wears a size small. My Teddy Bear (Charlie) is 25-28 lbs and wears a size large. My Yorkie (Mrs.Beasley) is 5lbs and wears an X-Small. The pattern measures as such:
